Day 3

What I ate:
9:01am: 3 slices of Turkey Bacon, One Whole Wheat English Muffin
11 am: Asian Steak Salad, Wheat Thins
1:15pm: Myoplex Bar
4pm: Myoplex Chocolate Shake
6pm: Noodles & Co Small Pasta Fresca with Grilled Chicken, Diet Coke
8:32pm: Swiss Turkey Krisp

My Workout:
20 minutes on the stationary bike

How I Feel:
I am still very positive, a little sore and feeling a little hungry but mostly satisfied. The food has been pretty yummy and my family is eating it too, so no double dinners here.

What is your favorite healthy meal?

  1. I really like the P90X spinach scramble. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes, 1 cup spinach leaves, egg whites, 1-3 tbsps low fat feta cheese and dried or fresh basil. Its really yummy.

  3. I really like P90X and it works and works fast!! Although before I was too fat to really be able to do it like I was supposed to. Planning on starting it for real in the next couple of weeks. Although I wont be doing the diet part of it because I'm on a different diet. I expect that it will up my weight loss from 3 lbs a week to maybe 5. I'll keep you posted.
