First Day of Week 5

What I ate: today was my mom,s wedding reception so I skipped breakfast, nibbled on finger foods at the wedding and had a burger for dinner!!

My workout:
20 min
Treadmill (HIIT)

How I Feel: I really pushed the intensity tonight and loved it.
