My Workout:
36 minutes
Quads: Leg Extensions
Hamstrings: Super Leg Curls
Calves: Angled Calf Raises, Ballet Calf Raises
Abs: Ab Bench

How I feel: workout was crazy today, everyone wanted to use the same equipment at the same time...UGHH!
