8:30pm: 3 Oreo Cakesters, Handful Almonds
My Workout:
20 minutes
Treadmill (HIIT)
How I Feel:
My body is feeling it. I felt really sluggish when I got to the gym today, but decided to push forward. I ended up hitting a higher 10 than I have before. Feeling really good about that.
